The other week I sent in a disposable camera because it has been in my car since I got it in 2007. This camera has not left my car until last week. It has been through summers with 100+ temperatures and temperatures in the negatives. I did some googling to even see if it was worth it to send it in. But, the cost wasn’t too much so I figured “why not? If it does work, cool. If not, at least I tried.” I’m glad I did. A lot of the photos didn’t turn out, which I assumed, but hidden in that camera were some gems that made me smile
Past relationships, old friends, and there were a lot of “test” photos of the window or the car’s dashboard from me finding the camera in the glove box or in the car seeing if it works. I guess what I wanna say is, those old film rolls, or disposable cameras you have from years ago…. My favorite photos are a couple from before I moved to Fargo for school. Two friends and I were going to a concert and there are a few in there from that. Specifically, one of my friend Eastman Jesse. Eastman passed away in 2009 from a bad car accident, so seeing this photo made me smile. Basically…. I just wanna say disposable cameras are cool even after all these years and If you have some and think they won’t work or develop, don’t throw them. At least try because you never know what may be on there. :)
here are just a few examples…
This is probably the most normal thing that I’ve seen on Adventure Time
And then you notice the bear rug has 3 eyes
